How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, standard shipping usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

Please allow a little extra time for rural or remote areas and during busy periods.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Simply click the tracking link in the email to follow your parcel’s journey.

If you can’t find your tracking email, please check your junk/spam folder. Still can’t find it? Contact us via our website chat and we’ll be happy to help.

Returns

How do I return an item?

If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via our website chat or email with your order number and reason for return.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition to be eligible for a return.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Please note:


  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for us to inspect and process your return.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear in your account.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Can I exchange for a different item?

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via our website chat or email with your order number and the item you’d like instead.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition to be eligible for an exchange.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. After we receive and inspect your item, we’ll dispatch your replacement.

Please note:


  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • If there is a price difference, we’ll either invoice the balance or refund the difference.
