• Orders ship via standard (2–8 business days) or express (1–5 business days) through Australia Post
• Delivery times exclude public holidays

• Pre-sale items may take 4–10 weeks to be delivered, depending on the product.

• We understand this is a longer wait, and we truly appreciate your patience while your order is prepared and shipped directly from our manufacturer.

• You will receive email updates throughout the process so you’re always informed about the status of your order.

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll also receive tracking details to follow its journey to you.

🚫 Refunds & Cancellations

• As these items are made to order, refunds and cancellations are not available while your order is in production or transit.

• Refund requests will only be considered once the item has been delivered to you personally and in accordance with our returns policy (for faulty or damaged goods only).
