🔁 Returns & Refunds

We’re here to help if something’s not quite right. Please read carefully:

Physical Products:

  • Refunds or store credit may be issued after items are returned and inspected
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Change-of-mind refunds are not accepted
  • If damage is our fault, customers may receive a replacement at half price and keep the original product, but this will need to be inspected first by our team.
  • If damage is the customer’s fault, no refund or exchange will be provided.
  • If customer has received wrong item, photo evidence must be given, and item must be sent back before dispatching correct order. 
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Address will be provided upon confirmation of return.
  • No returns on sale items


Digital Products:


  • Non-refundable once downloaded or accessed
  • Must NOT be resold or shared publicly without written permission
